As CEO, Wim supervises the management of the investment portfolio, the private equity participations, and the management of social and human capital. He works in close collaboration with the Board of Directors of the company and with the Chair of the Family Council, ensuring loyalty to family values in every aspect.

Through risk analysis, asset allocation, and oversight of direct stock and bond investments, Xavier constructs and executes the long-term investment strategy. He oversees the relationships with financial institutions, sell-side and buy-side analysts, investors and most importantly with the management of investees and investor relation departments.

Dominique takes care of the management of human and social capital of the family, next to organizational and administrative responsibilities. She ensures smooth operations and take charge of legal and administrative support. Dominique maintains close collaboration with legal advisors and external service providers, keeps close relationships with family members and supports the Family Council.
